Vice-President*
Looking to improve your leadership skills with hands on experience, the Vice-President role could be the perfect fit. You’ll:
- Attend all TEM meetings
- Help guide and lead events and initiatives
- Coordinate events
- Communicate with TEM members, both in person and online
- Ensure the group is running smoothly
This role is designed for someone who has some experience in leadership and a creative background in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Director of Marketing
Looking to showcase your creativity and get the word out about everything TEM? The Director of Marketing leads all things promo. You’ll:
- Attend all TEM meetings
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for events, initiatives, and recruitment.
- Design and share content across social media, posters, and the TEM website.
- Collect member feedback and bring their voice to executive meetings.
- Pitch fun and original ideas to spotlight TEM across campus.
This role is perfect for someone with a creative mindset, attention to detail, and a pulse on what students want to see.
Director of Operations
Love making things run smoothly behind the scenes? The Director of Operations is the powerhouse that keeps TEM events on track. You’ll:
- Attend all TEM meetings.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for all TEM events and activities.
- Book venues on behalf of TEM.
- Secure equipment from relevant sources.
- Handle materials and supplies for club initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone organized, reliable, and ready to turn ideas into action.
Director of Corporate Relations
Want to build your network while helping others grow theirs? The Director of Corporate Relations helps bring the professional world to TEM. You’ll:
- Attend all TEM meetings.
- Lead partnerships with companies and professionals.
- Seek out sponsorship and funding opportunities.
- Work with the VP to deliver value to our partners.
- Plan networking events, mentorships, and company tours.
- Book speakers, panels, and workshops to power up our events.
Ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for professional development.
Director of Faculty Relations
(Up to 2 Positions Available)
We’re all about breaking barriers. As a Director of Faculty Relations, you’ll help make sure TEM is a space for collaboration where business students can collaborate on ideas with students from any faculty. You’ll:
- Attend all TEM meetings.
- Represent students from outside the Faculty of Commerce (Asper) on our executive team.
- Build bridges and plan collabs with other student clubs.
- Make sure our events are relevant and accessible to everyone.
- Be the go-to contact for clubs across campus.
We especially encourage applicants from non-Commerce faculties or second-year students and below to apply.
Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant plays a vital organizational role within a student group by supporting the leadership team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. You’ll:
- Help manage schedules
- coordinate meetings
- Ensure clear communication between members and executives
- Keeps important documentation and plans organized
The executive assistant role is meant for detailed and an organized individual looking to expand into a hands on experience.
